Applicants should hold a minimum of a lower second class honours degree in Diagnostic Radiography or the equivalent from an international institution in Diagnostic Radiography.
A Diploma from the College of Radiographers may be accepted, subject to successfully demonstrating the required academic level by completing a pre-course assignment (early application is recommended).
Applicants should also have a clinical placement in a Computed Tomography or Magnetic Resonance Imaging department for an average of three days per week or its equivalent (e.g. 6 days per fortnight or 12 days per month) for the duration of the Programme. Students must have worked for a minimum of one year on either a rotational or permanent basis is as a radiographer in a Computed Tomography or Magnetic Resonance Imaging Department prior to starting the programme. The University is unable to assist with arranging placements. The programme is part time only and contains both taught class room and distance learning elements.
Non EEA students can only apply as part of a programme, not as a stand-alone module.English Requirements
