What are the elements of a written statement? Study the rules of drafting a written statement. Learn about the ancillary papers to be filed with the plaint document and written defence. 4.Affidavits -What is the importance of affidavits? Key terms to remember with regard to affidavits. Contents of affidavits. Study about verifying affidavits and detailed affidavits. 5.Interlocutory Proceedings before trial courts -What is an interlocutory proceeding? What are the components of an interlocutory application? Learn about the response to an interlocutory application. 6.First appeal and cross-objections -Study the meaning and importance of a first appeal. Understanding the form of a first appeal. Learning how to respond to a first appeal. Study about filing of paper book and cross-objections. 7.Second Appeals, Miscellaneous Appeals and Evidentiary Affidavits -What is a regular second appeal? What are the elements of a second appeal? Examining evidentiary affidavits. Study about miscellaneous appeals and interlocutory applications in appellate proceedings. 8.Writ Proceedings before High Courts -What are writ proceedings and how do they differ from civil proceedings? What are the important components of writ petitions? Examining the statement of objections and rejoinders. Study the interlocutory applications in writ petitions.
