To implement a new health and fitness regime, you need education fist and foremost, and then motivation to implement it. This course offers exactly that and strives to ensure students will achieve a long and sustainable healthy change.
You have a trainer’s support the whole way and you are going to overcome hurdles you didn’t think possible while gaining a new mentality. This course helps you achieve success with your health and fitness goals, and as we all know, happy and healthy means a long fulfilled life with nothing holding you back.
We teach you how to not just implement a new healthy lifestyle, but also how to maintain it. A work/life balance is key in happiness so we keep things simple and uncomplicated and give you easy to follow practices to get you to your goals.
Lesson 2: Goal Setting - A Recipe for Success
This section is designed to equip you with the ultimate recipe for achieving your fitness goals. Why were your past health goals and fitness goals not fully achieved? How do you really make change happen?
This lesson your coach covers behavioural change and how to make sure change occurs. Wanting change is not enough and your coach will bring you through the non-negotiables in achieving this.
Learn how to set new goals, and use the SMART model to break down your goals into achievable pieces.
Lesson 3: Nutrition for Health
Nutrition is 80% of the mission when it comes to living a healthy lifestyle, and this section will teach you how to better understand the main food groups and how they play into achieving your fitness goals. With simple actionable steps you will learn to transform the way you prepare food and learn to create the ultimate fat loss and muscle gain snacks.
Lesson 4: Understanding Nutritional Supplements, Vitamins and Minerals
Nutritional supplements are something you will come across often in your quest for a new healthy lifestyle and we are always being bombarded with the new supplement and formula to help us achieve the healthy lifestyle we crave.
In this objective look into the world of supplements, we examine the different types of supplements out there. In this module, once again knowledge is key and we aim to provide you with all of the essential information so that you can make a well-informed and educated decision if you choose to investigate supplements in the future.
Lesson 5: Cardio Training
Learn the importance of injury prevention and dive into the world of cardio training! This section covers cardio training methods you may never have heard of and will set you on the right path to meeting your fitness goals. From HIIT to LSD, we look at the range of exercises and moves that trainers have in their arsenal which are the integral part of reaching fitness goals and getting the body you want.

This section also covers the importance of frequency, form, tempo and recovery in detail.
Lesson 7: The Secrets to a Flatter Stomach & Strengthening Your Core
Learn all about the muscles that make up your core, and learn what functional training is and its importance as well as learning practical training tips and top exercises that will provide fast results.
Lesson 8: The Motivation to Make It Happen - Taking Action
Wrapping up we will learn all about motivation and how you can keep yourself on track to achieving your fitness goals. Break through life’s challenges by obtaining new information on common life obstacles and ways you can overcome them to better yourself now and in the future.
