This workshop aims at improving the performance of professionals in the context of ’Managing Workplace Anxiety’. Through this training program, the understudies will come to explore the different types of workplace anxieties and learn to recognize symptoms and warning signs. The participants will be able to determine the ways of coping and managing problems.
