This management course focuses on credit control and debt. This course is designed for any individual who wants to learn how to effectively manage an organization´s credit and debt. Participants of this course will learn how techniques to properly control credit. Learn how to investigate credit history through the use of credit checks. Develop an understanding of how to use debt management agencies and courts to recover debt. Learn how to professionally collect debt through the means of written letters and telephone calls. After completing this course, participants will be competent in collecting debt and controlling credit.
