Temario

Students will develop the theoretical knowledge to understand learning to read in English from the student’s perspective
This program promotes the development of teaching strategies that will allow students to become familiar with, design, and implement EFL reading activities and strategies based on recent research
DIRECTED TOWARDS: English teachers or people with a degree in a similar area of study, with a good level of English proficiency, and interest in teaching
OVERALL AIMS: To educate teachers, specialized in English, with proven language competence, a deep theoretical understanding of the processes involved in acquiring a second/foreign language, the capacity to apply this knowledge concretely in the classroom, and tools to analyze our educational reality to better improve the quality of EFL teaching in Chile
